Custom Design Websites I genuinely love working with my clients to create websites that thrill them.  Each site is priced according to your individual needs; however, in general, my custom design sites start at $1600 - $1800.  This includes a completely custom homepage design with flash effects with a matching custom look and page-specific heading on all the additional pages.  Homepages with more detailed artwork and/or complex animation are an extra charge. Shopping Cart Sites may also be an additional charge, depending on the number of products.  For these sites, I use the Veracart Shopping Cart system (Veracart.com) which is a separate $37 a month, billed directly to you by Veracart.  Smaller sites requiring fewer pages and no flash effects are priced according to the work involved.

Realtor Budget Websites These sites use my own "custom designed" templates so that they can be created quickly and less-expensively, while still offering a very attractive, professional look.  Available for Realtors only.

MONTHLY HOSTING COSTS

•  I use GoDaddy.com (the world's largest domain name registrar) for hosting my 
   websites and, rather than charging you myself and then adding on a monthly  
   surcharge as many other companies do, your credit card will be charged monthly 
   directly by GoDaddy. Their current monthly charge is only $6.99.   

DOMAIN NAME COSTS

•  If you do not already own your own domain name (such as:
   www.yourname.com), we will purchase it through GoDaddy (less than $10
   for a year), and you will be charged once a year when it's time to renew.
   You can also purchase your domain name for multi-year periods if you wish. 
   You will always own your domain name and will be responsible for any domain 
   name charges.  

FUTURE ADDITIONS OR CHANGES

•  The charge for any future updates, changes or additions, is $50 an hour.

PAYMENT

•  A deposit will be required to book your site into my schedule.  The balance is due immediately upon completion of your site.
